Return Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective in any way please be sure to contact our customer service team prior to returning the items so that the proper procedures and instructions are followed. In many cases of damaged and defective items the customer may be asked to email photos for confirmation before sending item(s) back. Please contact for detailed information. Please inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via telephone or email is made regarding the damaged / missing items within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct & received.

Due to Health regulations which stipulate that clothing that is worn, soiled, laundered, or damaged cannot be taken back. offers no guarantee once tags are removed since lingerie is delicate.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather, natural disasters or shipping partners unforseen service disruption.

We are not to be held responsible for delays in shipment if you provide an incorrect or incomplete mailing address. If customer moves/changes locations prior to their FedEx or USPS delivery, customer is responsible for contacting FedEx or USPS within 5 business days for an address change.

We are not responsible for delays in order processing due to declined credit cards. Orders will be processed and shipped once payment clears.
